Terms of Service

1. Elite Screening & Admission

Hidden Garden operates a strictly private, invite-only, high-trust group travel community. All bookings are subject to our double-sided screening procedure:

• Admission Standard: We curate limited group sizes (12–18 guests per trip) prioritizing social intelligence, peer respect, and stable personalities.
• Male Guests: Spots are not open to the public. Admission requires communication reviews and a direct qualification call. Financial capacity alone does not guarantee fit or admission.
• Female Guests: Female participants are met in person multiple times and vetted for social compatibility, warm character, and positive energy before receiving an invite.
• Gender Ratio: We maintain a strict standard of a minimum 2 to 3 women per 1 man on every international trip. No exceptions.
• Peer Environment: All participants join as peers within a private social travel dynamic. Female guests are invited as peers and are absolutely not paid to be there. There is no client-service or transactional dynamic of any kind.

2. Bookings, Payments, and Invoicing

Secure payment systems are critical to our global logistics. We process all financial transactions transparently:

• Stripe Secure Payments: All booking checkout transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Stripe supports credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and instant bank-based payments in applicable regions.
• Reserving a Spot: To secure a spot, you must pay a deposit confirmed on your screening call. The remaining balance is due prior to the trip (timing confirmed on the call).
• Corporate Invoicing: We are a registered LLC and can issue official corporate invoices for company payment if requested.
• No Hidden Costs: The confirmed investment covers all stated trip aspects. There are zero add-ons, surprise fees, or mandatory package upgrades.

3. Written Booking Agreement & Trip Guarantee

Every guest signs a comprehensive written agreement detailing trip logistics, accommodation standards, and liability prior to departure.

The Trip Guarantee: Under the signed booking contract, the trip is legally guaranteed to proceed. In the highly unlikely event that a trip is delayed, cancelled, or cannot proceed as planned due to our fault, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to us.

4. What is Included vs. Not Included

Included in your Booking Investment:

• Ultra-luxury private villa accommodations (private suite/ensuite bedroom for each guest; no shared rooms).
• Full on-site coordination, logistics management, and professional operational staff.
• All curated signatures experiences and activities (e.g., private yachts, speedboats, desert ATVs, hammams).
• Group transport during the scheduled trip itinerary.
• Daily meals prepared by our private chefs and/or at curated destination restaurants.

Not Included in your Booking Investment:

• International and domestic flights.
• Personal spending money (shopping, off-itinerary upgrades, personal drinks).
• Personal travel insurance (highly recommended for all participants).

5. Participant Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe, high-trust, and premium environment, all guests must treat other participants, staff, and local service providers with absolute respect.

Any form of disrespect, ego-driven behavior, harassment, physical threat, or unstable behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the villa and the trip. In the event of expulsion due to code of conduct violations, no refunds will be issued, and the guest will be responsible for all costs of their early departure.

6. General Logistics

• Late Arrival & Early Departure: You may arrive late or depart early (though not recommended). However, the booking investment remains exactly the same.
• Dietary Accommodations: We will make our best effort to accommodate dietary restrictions when notified in advance.
• Invitations: Guests may request to invite friends, provided slots are available and the invitee successfully passes our elite screening and direct review call.
